Return/ Refund & Exchange Policy
Here at Ginger and Belle we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products. All products are quality checked and packaged with love before being shipped. We can accept returns within 28 days of purchase. To qualify for returns all products must be unused, unopened and still in the original packaging. Return shipping costs will not be covered by Ginger and Belle, you will also be return shipping at your own risk. If you are returning products worth over £20.00 we suggest using a traceable shipping method. When receiving refunds,the cost of initial shipping will be deducted before the refund is processed.
